  • 1/2 teaspoon each onion and garlic powder
  • 1/2 teaspoon each dried basil, dried oregano, dried parsley
  • 1 teaspoon packet of stevia or 1 sugar
  • 1 pinch a generous of salt
  • a few drops of sriracha (optional)
  • 1/2 tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • Tofu-Kale Ricotta:
  • 1 12.3 oz package firm silken tofu (mori-nu) (I use lite firm silken)
  • 3 tablespoons lemon juice
  • 1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
  • 1 teaspoon onion powder
  • salt
  • 1 handful generous of steamed kale, rough chopped
  • Topping:
  • 1/2 cup cup shredded vegan mozzarella (daiya is great here) OR 1/2 béchamel sauce
